The program is written and compiled with Code::Blocks (http://www.codeblocks.org/).
The exe file is cleaned and packed with Ultimate Packer for eXecutables (http://upx.sourceforge.net).
The zip file is made with Filzip (http://www.filzip.com).
As a part of a new release strategy I'm switching over SolCalc to a Year.Month version scheme (Ubuntu Version Scheme). The version number comes from the year (minus 2000) and the month of the release rather than reflecting the actual version of the software. Thus, 12.09 refers to the version released in September 2012.
